Tiffany Rowswell is a 39 year old 3rd generation Floridian. She has a BA in fashion design and has done work featured in theme parks, Broadway shows, and many other costumed performances. She comes from a family of artists and has trained across many mediums: clay, watercolor, acrylics, markers, fabrics, pattern design, jewelry, beadwork, and any other medium she could get her hands on. In 2012 she won the best of show in the Photoshop Expo fashion-show with her rose layers gown. In 2013 she won the SHINE best Themed Design award for her poison ivy gown. She is an experimental artist and loves to incorporate her fervor for life as well as her sense of whimsy into every design.
