Michele Loftus-Trzcinski 

Award-winning photographer and artist, Michele Loftus-Trzcinski's artistic talents have flourished since arriving in Florida in 2018. Not only is she a photographer by trade, she also produces artwork using a variety of mediums: drawing with pen and ink as well as graphite and painting using oils, acrylic, and gouache.

Following a thirteen year stint in the US Navy, Michele became a professional photographer. 

​

Throughout the years, she worked for several local photo studios in her home state, not only photographing sports but also contributing her artistic skills to their studio production labs as a digital artist. Talented with both a paint brush and a computer tablet she retouched, color corrected, and produced traditional and digital artwork as needed. 

​

Restoring antique or damaged photos is a specialty and a skill she especially loves to use. 

 

"To be able to restore people's memories was, and still is, a privilege that gives me such gratification.

 

Nowadays I find my artistic inspiration in the unparalleled beauty of Florida, its seascapes and its wildlife. I haven't explored all of Florida yet, as it is such an expansive state. There is so much to see and be inspired by! I use my own favorite photographic images to influence my artwork.
