Doug Ketchum

Hi, my name i Doug Ketchum. I have always enjoyed most forms of art, books, movies, paintings etc. I have even written a book myself (Beneath The Magic Chandelier). I have never been to art school and  am self taught. I have always wanted to paint but for many reasons, never had the time until 2016. I love to try and paint scenes that are pleasing to my eye or imagination. I particularly enjoy moonlit scenes and large paintings of interesting people and hope to point out the beauty and magic of the world in doing so. I am honored to finally be showing my paintings for the first time at  Strawbridge Art League and Gallery. I have been a Brevard County resident since 1967 and live in Floridana Beach.
